This is a Microsoft Keyboard Layout based on the US keyboard (QWERTY), with extensions that provide latin characters with accent, math, greek and cyrillic characters. Most of the unicode characters can be reached with this keyboard. The keyboard doesn't modify the QWERTY keyboard but extends it. Unlike the US-international, it doesn't modify the behavior of punctuation characters like quote, or double quote, etc.
For instance:
= CTRL + ' then e
= CTRL + ` then a
= CTRL + " then u
ă = CTRL + ) then a
= CTRL + , then c
= ALTGR + % then A (mirror effect)
= ALTGR + '+' then - (two part character generation)
= ALTGR + = then >
= ALTGR + G then V (greek character uppercase)
= ALTGR + G then v (greek character lowercase)
Б = ALTGR + C then B (cyrillic character uppercase)
б = ALTGR + C then b (cyrillic character lowercase)
ȩ́ = CTRL + , then e then ALTGR + ' then SPACE (unicode diacritic behavior)
